Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Abstract Infosys (“Abstrora”, “we”) for using the Abstrora app at app.abstrora.com, its AI-assistant connector and this website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business, and “you” includes it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- Keep your password and any API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by team members and AI assistants you connect. Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.
- One person may not create several free accounts to get around plan limits.
2. Plans, credits and payment
- Free plan: includes the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change free-plan limits with notice.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices exclude taxes where taxes apply.
- Credits pay for usage-based features such as AI writing and live data. Credits included in a plan reset each period; top-up credits last 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value.
- Plan limits (for example projects, Google Ads accounts and operations) are shown in the app. When a limit is reached, that feature pauses until the next period or until you upgrade — nothing you’ve made is deleted.
- Cancelling: cancel any time in your account; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds: if you’re unhappy with a first paid subscription, ask within 14 days for a refund of that payment. Credits already used, and renewals, are not refunded except where the law requires.
- Price changes: we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan.
3. Connected services and changes you approve
- Abstrora connects to services you choose — Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, WordPress and AI assistants — using access you grant. Your use of those services stays under their own terms, and Google may change or limit its APIs.
- You decide what changes. Fixes to your website and changes to your Google Ads account are proposals until you or a member of your team approves them. When you approve a change, you are responsible for it and for its effect on your site, rankings and ad spend. Applied Google Ads changes can be undone in the app; changes sent to WordPress are created as drafts or are reversible in WordPress.
- Google Ads policies apply to your ads. We check ad text against common editorial rules before sending it, but Google reviews every ad and decides whether to approve it.
4. AI output and findings
Abstrora uses AI to suggest fixes and write briefs, drafts and ad copy, and uses your data to produce findings. AI can be wrong, and findings point to things worth investigating — they are not guarantees of cause or results. Check AI output before you publish or approve it. We don’t promise any particular ranking, traffic, conversions or ad performance.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or publish misleading, defamatory or harmful content;
- audit, crawl or connect websites and accounts you aren’t authorised to manage;
- send spam, attack or overload the Service, try to get around limits or security, or access others’ data;
- copy, resell or build a competing product from the Service, except that you may share reports and content with your own clients.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.
6. Your content and data
- You own your content and data — websites, connected-account data, briefs, drafts and reports. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service to you.
- You can download your reports and content while your account is open. After you close it, we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
7. Our service
- We own the Service, its software and the Abstrora name and logo. These terms give you a limited right to use it, not ownership.
- We work to keep the Service available and secure and to back up data regularly, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We may change or improve features. If we remove a major paid feature, we’ll give notice and, where fair, a pro-rata refund.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows: the Service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, rankings, ad spend or data; and our total liability for any claims about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims by others caused by your content, the changes you approve, or your breach of these terms.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or don’t pay; where we end a paid plan for reasons other than your breach, we’ll refund the unused part.
10. Changes to these terms
We’ll email account holders at least 14 days before material changes take effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally; otherwise, disputes go to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
